CEC Industries, Ltd. is committed to delivering high-quality, exceptional lighting products and offers a limited warranty to select product lines sold to Customers within North America.
This warranty covers defects in materials and functionality of the product. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product or subjecting the product to any but the specified voltage. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids the warranty.
The product must be purchased from an authorized CEC reseller to qualify for a warranty replacement. Private sales and purchases from online auction sites are not covered. EBAY® (as well as other online auction sites) are consumer to consumer marketplaces lacking quality control guidelines and expertise. Purchases made on Amazon.com must state: "ships from and sold by CEC" in order to be considered an authorized retailer.
The Warranty is only available in North America and may be amended or terminated, without notice and in CEC's sole discretion.
CEC Off-Road LED Halogen Retrofit Products Warranty
CEC Industries warrants that its designated LED Halogen Retrofit light bulbs shall be free of defects in material and workmanship and shall meet off-road light bulb performance standards for the duration of the “Warranty Period.” The warranty period varies by product and is 2 years from the date of purchase for CEC’s LED Halogen Retrofit Stellar line, and 1 year from the date of purchase for CEC’s LED Halogen Retrofit Simple Install line. This limited warranty ("Warranty") is limited solely to the replacement of a failed Product, as determined and/or confirmed by CEC in its sole discretion, and does not include the cost of labor for installation, removal or re-installation of a replacement Product.
To qualify for Warranty coverage:
- Fill out a claim form below within the Warranty Period
- As part of the claim form you must upload:
- A legible image of your original sales receipt with the Product(s) in question circled; and
- A legible image of the failed product itself.
- The claim form must also include the product part number, if available, and a statement indicating how and when the Product failed.
- If requested, CEC may also ask you to physically return the Product for inspections.
If the Product is found/confirmed to have failed, a replacement Product will be mailed back to you.
